Handrails and direction of approach

The handrails are interchangeable. Left-hand, right-hand or straight-on access can all be configured from the same unit, so the approach is set to suit where the door sits rather than the other way around.

Steel, finish and visibility

Construction is heavy-duty steel, appropriate to site work and outdoor exposure. Every tread carries a high-visibility yellow nosing, which improves safety on the climb, and the black paint gives durability along with a professional appearance. The integrated platform makes entry and exit safer, and it lowers the trip risk that comes with stair-only access.

Positioning on site

The steps come as a standalone access unit. They are meant to stand securely against the entry point of a cabin or toilet block. In most applications nothing needs permanent fixing, though that is site dependent, and the unit lifts and moves again easily when a site layout changes.
